Dream Home presents holiday village- an attractive and cozy place located in a large pine-tree forest at the shore of the Iskar Dam, only 18 km. away from Borovetz ski resort and 40 km. away from Sofia Airport. The Iskar Dam is 25 km. long, its area is 30 sq. km. and lies 850 m. above the sea level. The nice location and the easy access to the village in addition to the marvelous natural surroundings and the crystal clear air all provide an excellent opportunity to rest for anyone wishing to get away from the dynamics of everyday life and feel nature’s harmony. The village is designed for all-year round use and has its own drainage system and waste water treatment plant. Here both in winter and summer one can discover peace and an opportunity for relaxation, fishing, hunting, water sports, culinary experiences or just a sound sleep in the venerable pine-tree forest. Indisputably however, “a pearl in the crown” of this region is Borovetz ski resort. Borovetz is the oldest ski resort in Bulgaria, founded in 1896. Now Borovetz is a first class resort with many opportunities for recreation, rest and amusement. It is located 1350 m. above the sea level on the northern slopes of the Rila Mountain, at the foot of the highest peak on the Balkan Peninsula – Musala.

 The Holiday Village consists of prefabricated wooden houses made of rectangular logs following a FINNISH TECHNOLOGY, a restaurant and a shop.

The houses are constructed from natural, environmentally friendly materials, high thermal insulation, three-layered euro woodwork and high quality water lacquers.


The annual tax for the maintenance of the property amounting to 10 €/sq.m is updated every three years and includes the following services:
 
- guard;
- yard maintenance;
- snow cleaning;
- outdoor lighting
- Reception.


Each of the villas with a built-up area of 101sq. m. provides:
- A single equipped sauna;
- Kitchen – sink, two hobs, a refrigerator;
- two bathrooms – fully equipped;
- lighting – plugs.

The price of a villa is 72 500 €. It includes the price of the land, equal to 1/14 of the total area of the plot as an ideal part, and one parking place.
*The price refers to a first and a second house!

Ways of payment:
Reservation fee 2000 Euro
-35% - at signing the contract;
-35% - at building the first floor;
-20% - at the completion of the villa;
-10% - at the issue of the use permit. 


The additional furnishing is contracted by customer’s request!

Completion TERMS:  Overall completion of the complex - 31.12.2009.
