Generally speaking the climate of Gorna Bania is moderate continental. Its sea level height, southern exposure, longer sunshine and fresh air give the place a big advantage over Sofia.

The complex is situated in the capital city of Sofia, in Gorna Bania  Resort, in close proximity to the city centre (12 km to the National Palace of Culture). There is a good connection to public bus routes.
