PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:

PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
 30% on beginning of construction
 20% on completion of the first floor level
 30% on completion of the second floor level including the chalet roof
 20% on completion of the chalet and total site – by the time of this last payment the ownership of the land and the chalet is transferred to the buyer.
The VAT is to be paid with each scheduled payment.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
To reserve your chalet a deposit of 2,000€ is required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof of the payment. The chalet is taken off the market. The sum of the deposit is deducted from the final scheduled payment when an Ownership Contract for the purchase is signed with the developer.

INSPECTION VISITS:
Inspection visits can be arranged on request.
